Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag behandelt die Evaluation der Investor Relations. Die Unternehmensleitung investiert erhebliche Ressourcen in die Pflege der Beziehungen zum Kapitalmarkt – im Gegenzug verlangt sie sichtbare Ergebnisse. Die Evaluation der Investor Relations ist jedoch keine einfache Aufgabe. Einige relevante Messgrößen liegen außerhalb der direkten Kontrolle der Investor Relations, andere sind schwierig zu erheben – oder für die Unternehmensleitung von geringerer Bedeutung. Der Beitrag stellt einen integrierten, standardisierten und hierarchischen Ansatz der Evaluation vor, der valide und relevante Antworten auf die Frage nach dem „Wozu“ bietet.
