Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieser Beitrag zeigt auf, welche Relevanz bestimmte Risikoarten für die Werteposition „Reputation“ haben, wie sich Unternehmen vor den Folgen reputationsrelevanter Risiken schützen können und wie darüber gegenüber dem Kapitalmarkt und der Öffentlichkeit berichtet wird. Reputationsrisiken werden differenziert in ihren Folgewirkungen dargestellt und gleichzeitig Reaktionsmuster herausgearbeitet. Grundlage ist eine Auswertung von Unternehmensaussagen börsennotierter Unternehmen sowie relevanter Studien von Wirtschaftsprüfern und Steuerberatungen.
