Abstract

Zusammenfassung Aufgrund ihrer linguistischen und gesellschaftlich-kommunikativen Wirkung sind Frames und Narrative wichtige Instrumente für die Public Affairs, insbesondere für die Stakeholder-Kommunikation und für gesellschaftspolitische Kampagnen. Aus ihnen können unterschiedliche Formate der Kommunikationsarbeit abgeleitet werden und sie ermöglichen es, auch bei einer hohen Zahl von Kommunikatoren und Schnittstellen zu den unterschiedlichsten Stakeholdern eine Konsistenz bei Vermittlungsleistungen und im Dialog herzustellen.
