Abstract

Zusammenfassung Unternehmen und Unternehmensverbände unterliegen in Public Affairs (auch) den Anforderungen des Privatrechts. Dieser Beitrag nimmt daher Rechtsfragen in den Blick, die sich für Unternehmen und Verbände speziell aus der privatrechtlichen Perspektive stellen. Im Einzelnen geht es dabei um die rechtlichen Grundlagen von Public-Affairs-Aktivitäten, um den Anspruch auf einen diskriminierungsfreien Zugang von Unternehmen zu Interessenverbänden sowie die privatrechtlichen Grenzen von öffentlichen Äußerungen, wenn diese als Instrument von Public Affairs Einsatz finden.
