Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wie war das Leben der Menschen in Deutschland, bevor man die Soziale Marktwirtschaft ‚erfunden‘ hatte? Was führte die ‚Erfinder‘ dazu, über etwas Derartiges wie die Soziale Marktwirtschaft überhaupt nachzudenken? Wie wurde die Soziale Marktwirtschaft implementiert und etabliert? Wie wurde aus einer ordnungspolitischen Idee einzelner weitsichtiger Wissenschaftler eine großartige Erfolgsgeschichte für alle Menschen in unserem Land… und darüber hinaus? – Soweit der Blick in die hinter uns liegende jüngere Geschichte. Jetzt der Blick auf Heute: Welchen Stand hat die Soziale Marktwirtschaft in unserer heutigen globalisierten Welt? Und schließlich die Zukunftsfrage: Wie soll es weitergehen? Ist die Soziale Marktwirtschaft noch adäquat?
