Abstract

Zussamenfassung Auch wenn es Manager, Einkaufsleiter oder Inhaber von Unternehmen nicht gerne hören: Wenn es zur Bedarfsermittlung, Auswahl und Einführung neuer Softwarelösungen kommt, sind fast alle Anwenderunternehmen nicht fit genug, um den Prozess auf Basis neuester Erkenntnisse effizient abzuwickeln.
