Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kommunale Unternehmen sind nach dem Verständnis des Autors und der daraus folgenden Definition der Kommunalwirtschaft Eigentum der Bürger der jeweiligen kommunalen Gebietskörperschaft. Diese Eigentümer haben Interessen, die sich auf diese Unternehmen beziehen.
