Abstract

The aim of this chapter is to address the identified research gap by considering the juridical contract and the network temporality in high potential innovation. Drawing on findings from the empirical work, I will argue for relational fairness in governance over time. At a certain level of harmonisation, the formal contract becomes factually irrelevant in favour of the relational contract.
