Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Artikel stellt whatchado die gleichnamige Plattform als Gewinnerprojekt des HR-Innovation Slams 2013 vor. Kurz gesagt ist whatchado „Storytelling“ in Form von Videos im Bereich der Berufsorientierung. Durch die Beantwortung sieben immer gleicher Fragen stellen verschiedene Menschen ihre Arbeit und ihre Motivation für selbige vor. Neben dem Blick auf potenzielle Fachkräfte wird auf aktuelle Herausforderungen und Veränderungen eingegangen, denen sich Unternehmen am Arbeitsmarkt stellen müssen, und es wird erklärt, warum Authentizität dabei so wichtig ist. Der whatchado-Gründer Ali Mahlodji erzählt vom Kern seiner Vision, was daran überhaupt so innovativ ist und warum es funktioniert. Dabei klärt er auch praktische Fragen: Wem kann die Plattform helfen? Wie wird das Konzept eingesetzt? Wie funktioniert whatchado und was bringt es?
