Abstract

Zusammenfassung Teams zu Erfolgen führen und gezielt zu entwickeln, gehört zu den alltäglichen Aufgaben jeder Führungskraft. Dabei sowohl das gesamte Team als auch die einzelnen Leistungsträger im Blick zu haben, ist aufgrund der Vielzahl der Interaktionsprozesse sowie aufgrund der Doppelrolle der Führungskraft als gleichzeitiges Teil des Teams eine besondere Herausforderung.
