Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die WICOR Holding AG (Weidmann) wird im sechsten Kapitel untersucht. Das Unternehmen betont Nachhaltigkeit nicht als gesonderte strategische Priorität, sondern möchte durch qualitativ hochwertige Produkte und guten Umgang mit den Mitarbeitern dauerhaft erfolgreich sein und einen gesellschaftlichen Beitrag leisten. Diese Einstellung schlägt sich in der Devise „Sich nicht selber ins Fleisch schneiden“ nieder.
