Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Rahmen dieses Beitrags werden die theoretischen Grundlagen der Geschäftsmodell-Innovation behandelt. Aufbauend auf bestehenden Definitionen und Ansätzen werden die Begriffe des Geschäftsmodells Geschäftsmodell und der Geschäftsmodell-Innovation und die Ansätze der Geschäftsmodell-Ebenen Geschäftsmodell Ebenen und Geschäftsmodell-Umwelt Geschäftsmodell Umwelt erläutert. Anschließend erfolgt die Darstellung der Dimensionen und Elemente eines Geschäftsmodells. Dieser Beitrag schafft somit ein einheitliches Verständnis und die Grundlagen für dieses Buch.
