Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das in Abbildung 4 dargestellte Führungsheptagon stellt den Versuch dar, das gesamte Aufgabenspektrum der Mitarbeiterführung in Organisationen normativ abzubilden (vgl. Kaehler 2013). Das Modell erhebt den Anspruch, allgemein anwendbar zu sein. Dies ist deshalb möglich, weil ausschließlich ein Aufgabenkatalog fixiert wird. Die unten näher ausgeführte komplementär-kompensatorische Dynamik sorgt für die Berücksichtigung situativer und persönlicher Besonderheiten. Damit beantwortet das Modell die Frage „Welche konkreten Personalführungsaufgaben habe ich als Führender wahrzunehmen?“. Es handelt sich also um ein klassisches Aufgabenmodell der Führung, das versucht, die herkömmlichen Konzepte an logischer Konsistenz und Vollständigkeit zu überbieten.
