Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Wahl der richtigen Finanzierungsstruktur Finanzierungsstruktur ist bereits in einem frühen Unternehmensstadium im Hinblick auf die Steigerung des Unternehmenswertes und die Bewertung im Stadium des Exits von Bedeutung. Dies gilt nicht nur für die Aufrechterhaltung ständiger Liquidität des Start-ups, sondern ebenso in Bezug auf dessen Entwicklungsgeschwindigkeit, die maßgeblich davon abhängt, ob sich die Gründer auf die eigentliche Geschäftsentwicklung konzentrieren können, ohne sich fortlaufend um frisches Kapital bemühen zu müssen.
