Abstract

Zusammenfassung Es ist 10 Uhr morgens. Zeit für eine Kaffeepause. Seit Reife Seele da ist, findet interessanterweise nicht mehr der übliche Kaffeeklatsch rund um den Automaten statt, sondern man spricht anders miteinander. Das Lästern über den Chef oder nicht anwesende Kollegen hat sich auf ein Minimum reduziert. Stattdessen konzentriert man sich auf Themen, die sich auf das gemeinsame Bewältigen der anstehenden Aufgaben beziehen.
