Abstract

Whether a project can be successful or not, the selection of a proper Delivery System is one of the key factors. After the two rounds of index selection—frequency number statistic, expert scoring method, 4 level 19 influencing factors are finally selected to build the influencing factors index system, which can be a reference for selecting the Project Delivery System.
