Abstract

In order to clean out obstacles of technical knowledge diffusing and sharing in innovation of high-tech enterprises, forming causes of obstacles of technical knowledge diffusing and sharing are analyzed in this article, and countermeasures of restraining obstacles are put forward. A simulation model is constituted based on method of level variables and rate variables fundamental in-tree modeling of system dynamics and the validity of every countermeasure is shown and validated, and key countermeasures are found to implement emphatically in order to provide consult and reference for improving technical knowledge diffusing and sharing and innovation management capabilities.
