An Application of Patent Strategy in Medium-Small Enterprises Product Innovation Process

Abstract

This paper analyzes the situation which domestic medium-small enterprises face now and applies an effective method using patent strategy to improve the product innovation process in medium-small enterprises. The effectiveness of this method is demonstrated in a design case which formed the main structure of a child safe car seat.
