Abstract

This article analyze characteristic of the bill of quantities valuation. According to the management system reform of current construction cost and the characteristic of bill of quantities evaluation, This article make simple introduction about the method and procedure of cost estimate, the content and the step of the cost plan. The cost control’s main factor and method.
