Abstract

Lack of trust in construction projects is criticized by many scholars. Trust has the function of decreasing transaction cost and improving project performance. The characteristics of the relationship of the trustor and the trustee have important function on occurrence of trust. More specifically, communication, reciprocity and contract contribute to occurrence of trust.
