Analysis of Warehouse Location in Low-Carbon Supply Chain Based on the Cost

Abstract

Since the 21st century, due to accelerating the process of industrialization with the footsteps of human, it brings the increasingly serious problem about the environment and energy. Direction to low-carbon development has become the common choice in various countries. In this paper, with the research status of low-carbon supply chain, we explore the warehouse location problem under the low carbon supply chain, make the analysis of transportation costs, renting costs in warehousing, put forward cost analysis method in the warehouse location selection, with the target of cost optimized, combined with the center of gravity method, derived the optimal warehouse location.
