Abstract

Based on the service resources allocation problems that exists in telecom operators’ practical work, the idea of “equilibrium production” is applied from manufacturing to service, and an idea of “equilibrium service” is put forward, which aims at finding out the optimal allocation path and strategy of service resources, proposes equilibrium service model with the value of practical application and makes scientific and reasonable suggestions for telecom operators to enhance their service quality.
