Abstract

An essential challenge of reorganization projects along with the draft is the implementation of a new structure within the scope of change management.257 Change management is a process that comprises all planned, controlled, organized and monitored changes in the strategies, business processes, structures as well as in the cultures of socioeconomic systems.258 The management of the changes should be consciously controlled – in contrast to unplanned change – and should also be oriented to long-term effects into account. Normally, the planning, implementation and control259 phases are distinguished, whereby the emphasis here is on the implementation phase.
