Abstract

Auszug Das in der Fallstudie betrachtete Unternehmen ist eine Firma der fertigenden Industrie mit geringer Fertigungstiefe aber einer hohen Variantenvielfalt. Das Unternehmen entwickelt seit den 70er-Jahren Metallprodukte. Es beschäftigt an seinem Standort ca. 125 Mitarbeiter und produziert mit Technologien wie Schweiß- und Fertigungsrobotern, CNC-Fertigungsanlagen oder der CAD-gestützte Planung und Entwicklung.
