Abstract

Zusammenfassung Jeder von uns unterhält die unterschiedlichsten Beziehungen — zu Freunden, Verwandten, Geschäftspartnern. Und jede Beziehung hat ihren eigenen Charakter, mit jeder Beziehung verbinden Sie unterschiedliche Gefühle. Beziehungen unterscheiden sich dadurch, ob sie uns Freude bereiten und Kraft geben oder ob sie uns nach unten ziehen beziehungsweise den letzten Nerv rauben. Deshalb ist es ungemein wichtig, daß Sie sich über Ihre einzelnen Beziehungen klar werden, daß Sie wissen, wie Sie mit wem verbunden sind und daß Sie aus dieser Bewertung auch entsprechende Konsequenzen ziehen.
