Abstract

Zusammenfassung Handlungstheorien beschreiben eine Situation als einen Komplex, der aus den Faktoren Ist-Zustand, Handlungspotential, mögliche Folgezustände besteht. Ein Problem kann als Situation verstanden werden, bei der die Menge an Folgezuständen auf einen einzigen Zustand — das Ziel -eingeschränkt werden soll. Die Kunst von Problemlösungs-prozessen besteht darin, auch den richtigen Weg, der zum Ziel führt, aus der Menge grundsätzlicher Handlungsmöglichkeiten auszuwählen, die richtige Handlung zu selektieren.
