Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kennen Sie Erna, die Henne? Nein? Aber Sie kennen auf jeden Fall Führungskräfte, die sich wie unsere gefiederte Freundin verhalten. Erna hat ein Problem: Hungrig läuft sie in ihrem Gehege auf der einen Seite eines Maschenzaunes auf und ab, auf dessen anderer Seite köstliche Körner liegen, und nur darauf zu warten scheinen, von Erna gefressen zu werden. Sobald Erna die Körner hinter dem Zaun entdeckt hat, läuft sie direkt darauf zu und läßt dann kein Auge mehr von der angestrebten Mahlzeit. Beim Hin- und Hertrippeln fixiert sie die Körner ohne Unterlaß. Sie tut dies sehr zu ihrem Schaden, denn würde sie auch nur einen Augenblick die Körner aus den Augen lassen, würde sie sehen, daß der Zaun an den Seiten offen ist, und daß es einen Um-Weg zu dem Futter gibt, einen Weg der das Problem „Zaun/Futter“ umgeht. Erna kann also ihr Problem nur lösen, indem sie sich selbst von dem Problem löst.
