Abstract

Zusammenfassung Egal, womit wir uns beschäftigen, wir müssen immer Kategorisierungen schaffen, um durch die daraus resultierende Ordnung unsere Ressourcen gezielt einsetzen zu können. Wer gute und schlechte Kunden, interessante und uninteressante Marktsegmente, dringende und weniger dringende Aufgaben in einen Topf wirft, der weiß wirklich, was das Gegenteil von Ordnung ist: das vollständige Chaos. Und ein solches Chaos ist sehr kostenintensiv, es verschlingt sowohl Zeit als auch Geld, und es verschlingt auch Ihre Erfolgspotentiale.
