Abstract

Zusammenfassung Verfahrensinnovationen, Reorganisationsmaßnahmen und andere Änderungsprozesse bedürfen für eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung nicht nur ausgefeilter Konzepte. Der Erfolg entsprechender Maßnahmen ist zu einem großen Teil auch davon abhängig, daß die Mitarbeiter mitziehen. Eine wichtige Aufgabe eines Change-Managers besteht also darin, die betroffenen Menschen zu motivieren, von der Notwendigkeit einer Änderung und der Richtigkeit der getroffenen Maßnahmen zu überzeugen.
