Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wer kennt sie nicht, die Meetings, die Präsentationen, in denen in ermüdender Konsequenz Wort an Wort, Statement an Statement gereiht wird? Alle Teilnehmer verstehen sehr wohl, was gemeint ist, doch der Funke springt einfach nicht über. Bis einer der Vortragenden durch eine schnelle Zeichnung alle überzeugt. Die Mienen der Zuhörer hellen sich auf, sie lächeln, Ausrufe wie: „Genau, das ist es, Sie haben recht!“ kündigen nicht nur von rein rationalem Verstehen, sondern auch von emotionaler Zustimmung.
