Abstract

Employee and organization level interventions to support women’s career development in VR work environments are included in this chapter. The roles of leaders and managers are included to show how they can support women working in VR work environments. Examples from women who have navigated the challenges and leveraged the opportunities of VR work offer other women and organization leadership areas of focus to develop cultural, motivational, and leadership strategies, positive interventions, support systems, and opportunities for women’s career development in VR working environments.
