Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel ist ein sehr kurzes Fazit. Das Buch begann mit der Frage, warum man Sombarts Schriften über den modernen Kapitalismus lesen sollte. Während es Kritiken bezüglich Sombarts späterem Interesse am Nazismus und einige Beschwerden über seinen angeblich „unsystematischen“ Ansatz zu den Ursprüngen des Kapitalismus gegeben hat, gibt es mehr als ausreichende Gründe, warum man „Sombart lesen“ sollte.
