Abstract

As more information becomes digitized and the data ecosystem continues to expand, companies worldwide now can access an unpecedented volume of data and information. Managing this substantial volume of internal and external data presents new challenges for businesses seeking to gain a sustainable competitive advantage. These insights enable companies to enhance operational efficiency, improve effectiveness, and make more timely decisions. This chapter will explore how AI can impact companies’ decision-making processes, shedding light on the opportunities and challenges faced by data-driven organizations.
