Abstract

This chapter concludes the book by summarizing the main points and contributions of CLBDM, a novel framework for enhancing creativity and innovation in organizational decision making by applying systems thinking principles and tools. CLBDM stands for Creativity Loops-Based Decision Making, which reflects the core idea of using feedback loops to guide and improve the creative process. CLBDM consists of six steps: problem identification, idea generation, idea selection, idea development, idea implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. The chapter also demonstrates the utility of CLBDM by applying it to a real-world example of creating a mobile app for health and wellness. The chapter shows how CLBDM can help generate, evaluate, and implement smart and creative ideas that can solve complex problems and create value in any context and domain. The chapter also invites the readers to try out CLBDM in their own endeavors and to share their feedback and experiences with us. The chapter hopes to inspire the readers to use systems thinking as a powerful tool for enhancing their creativity and innovation potential.
