Abstract

This chapter on lean management applied in the field of higher education proposes the concepts of lean management and waste in higher education and shows how to classify waste according to lean management thinking. It also analyzes the current situation of the existing wastes in the central public universities. Based on this, it also uses scientific methods to find the causes of waste and propose some recommendations to reduce waste and improve the quality and efficiency of activities for the schools.
