Abstract

Resilience is a crucial concept when evaluating and assessing a country's ability to withstand adverse shocks and maintain stable economic growth. To guarantee prosperity, economic systems should be sustainable, stable and resilient. Sustainability involves preserving the potential for future development. Stability refers to the short-term fluctuations of the system. Resilience, on the other hand, relates to the system’s long-term robustness to preserve its fundamental functions.
