Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ehssan Sakhaee erklärt das AAUL-Framework, das Anleitung für Führung, insbesondere in Krisensituationen, bietet. Er zeigt die starke Verbindung von AAUL zum Drei-Säulen-Modell (3-P-Modell) und dass das Verständnis und die Anwendung eines anspruchsvollen Konzepts wie AAUL deutlich fokussierter, effektiver und effizienter ist, wenn es mit dem 3-P-Modell kombiniert wird. Die Schritte von Achtsamkeit über Akzeptanz und Verständnis bis hin zur Anwendung guter Führung werden transparent und plausibel dargestellt.
