Abstract

Zusammenfassung Basierend auf den Artikeln ihres ersten Buches über die Drei Säulen der Organisation und Führung in disruptiven Zeiten: Navigation Ihres Unternehmens erfolgreich durch die Geschäftswelt des 21. Jahrhunderts (Wollmann et al., Drei Säulen der Organisation und Führung in disruptiven Zeiten – Navigation Ihres Unternehmens erfolgreich durch die Geschäftswelt des 21. Jahrhunderts. Berlin: Springer, 2020) und auf den zahlreichen Erfahrungen, Konzepten und Erkenntnissen, die in diesem zweiten Buch beschrieben werden, haben die Herausgeber einen Fragebogen entwickelt, um Organisationsentwickler und Berater bei der Anwendung des 3-P-Modells zu unterstützen. Bei der Arbeit an diesem neuesten Buch sind zwei weitere Hauptaspekte hervorgetreten: „Die Reise navigieren“ und „Eine hybride Umgebung entwickeln“. Darüber hinaus hat die Covid-19-Pandemie zusätzliche Erfahrungen gebracht. Zu Beginn des Kapitels wird eine detaillierte Wiederholung des 3-P-Modells dokumentiert, die die Leser in die Kernideen der drei Säulen einführt und sie dazu ermutigt, erste Überlegungen und Entdeckungen über ihre eigene Organisation zu machen.
