Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ein Kompass für die Reisende Organisation hilft dabei, die Ressourcen und ihre Vernetzung innerhalb des Unternehmens im Auge zu behalten, beinhaltet aber auch die Vernetzung mit dem Ökosystem und der weiteren Umgebung; beides wird in diesem Artikel als multidirektionale Vernetzung beschrieben. Ein kollaborativer Prozess des Aufbaus und der Nutzung des Kompasses gewährleistet eine gemeinsame unternehmerische Denkweise und unterstützt das Engagement für die gemeinsame Reise, die hier als organisatorische Transformation hin zu einer transformativen Organisation verstanden wird – weit über alle bekannten Erfahrungen mit kontinuierlicher Verbesserung oder episodischen Veränderungstraumata hinaus. Das Drei-Säulen-Modell hat sich als hilfreich erwiesen, um die Überlegungen in diesem Artikel zu verstehen und einzuordnen.
