Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Artikel bietet eine Perspektive darauf, wie man eine Organisation mit einer Komplexitätsdenkweise durch aufkommende Veränderungen und sogar Krisen navigiert, indem man das Drei-Säulen-Modell übernimmt. Die Autoren zeigen Ansätze, Praktiken und Werkzeuge, wie man mit „emergenten Elementen“ innerhalb einer Organisation umgeht und wie diese idealerweise in einer „neuen“ organisatorischen Umgebung angesprochen werden, die durch Transparenz und Konnektivität gekennzeichnet ist und von einem klaren Zweck geleitet wird, da die traditionellen Elemente einer Organisation nicht mehr die bisher stabilen Strukturen und mechanistischen Problemlösungsverfahren bieten.
