Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Produktentwicklungsprozess eines Unternehmens in der Automobilindustrie soll neu erfunden werden. Das Drei-Säulen-Modell liefert die Schlüsselfragen: der nachhaltige Zweck, der entscheidend für die Ausrichtung und Energieversorgung des Unternehmens und seines Projekts ist, die Vernetzung von Schlüsselakteuren und Fähigkeiten für eine echte Ko-Kreation und den Aufbau eines flexiblen Prozesses zur Unterstützung der Reisenden Organisation. Das Mikroprojektformat unterstützt den strukturellen und kulturellen Wandel: kooperativ, kreativ, schnell und ergebnisorientiert.
