Abstract

This chapter presents two activities which may be used for professional development and training, as well as direct organizational review and improvement. These two learning activities include the Assessment of Organizational Readiness for Futures Thinking, and the Organizational Futures Orientation (OFO) Matrix. Implementation of one or both of these activities provides an organization with information and guidance on how to increase its capability maturity level for futures thinking.
