Abstract

Zusammenfassung Je nach Größe und Organisation eines Unternehmens werden zwei oder drei Hauptdokumente benötigt. Diese sind vom Aufbau einfach, aber wichtig, um einen erfolgreichen Prozess zu unterstützen. Das erste Dokument verbindet die strategischen Ziele mit den strategischen Maßnahmen oder Aktionen. Im Zweiten wird formalisiert, wie die strategischen Aktionspläne ausgeführt werden und wie man aus ihnen lernt. Das optionale dritte Dokument dient dazu, die tatsächlichen und erwarteten Ergebnisse zu erfassen und abzugleichten. In diesem Kapitel werden der Inhalt und die Verwendung der einzelnen Dokumente im Detail beschrieben.
