Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wenn Führungskräfte, insbesondere Top-Führungskräfte, bereit sind, mit Hoshin kanri zu beginnen, werden sie sich Fragen stellen. Dieses Kapitel liefert Antworten auf die am Häufigsten gestellten. Wie wird das richtige Umfeld geschaffen, damit Hoshin kanri wachsen kann? Ist es notwendig, zuvor ein Leistungssystem wie Lean vollständig einzuführen, oder zunächst grundlegende Elemente zu implementieren? Wie wird sich die Kultur verändert und wie wird der Wandel unterstützt? Das Kapitel endet mit der Bewertung der externen Unterstützung und Ressourcen für Führungskräfte und Topmanager.
