Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel werden zunächst die upstream und downstream Teile des Strategieentwurfs behandelt. Sie erfordern eine angemessene Bewertung des Ausgangszustands des Shopfloors, gefolgt von dem angestrebten Zustand, um die Differenz zu verstehen. Im Anschluß werden weitere Strategiemethoden betrachtet, bevor Management By Objectives und Balanced Scorecard im Detail dargestellt werden. Das Kapitel endet mit einem Fokus auf die spezifischen Beiträge von Hoshin kanri.
