Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses letzte Kapitel befasst sich mit der Bedeutung kultureller Dimensionen: Was muss bei der Einführung beachtet werden, insbesondere der nationale Aspekt der Kultur. Wir werden uns mit der Kaskadierung von der lokalen zur globalen Einführung befassen, gefolgt von der Art von Führung, die für eine erfolgreiche Einführung erforderlich ist. Schließlich endet das Kapitel mit einer Zusammenfassung der Erfolgsbedingungen und Misserfolgsfaktoren, die auf akademischen Arbeiten, Erfahrungen und Interviewbeiträgen unserer Top-Führungskräfte beruhen.
