Abstract

This final chapter draws a critical conclusion on the issues debated by the book discussing about the proliferation of creepy analytics practices, which sometimes could be ineffective and potentially unethical. The author underlines that while the benefits of these practices are evident for organizations, the advantages for employees remain quite unclear. The author suggests to HR managers relying upon digital HR tools to adopt an evidence-based approach that contributes to shaping organizations as ethical eco-systems, based on trust and transparency. This is the most ambitious challenge awaiting the HR analytics community in the near future.
