Abstract

Emerging technologies led by AI and data sciences induce a strategic thinking paradigm that creates demands on top management and the organization as a whole. This chapter deals with demands on top management. Novel top management competencies and traits will underline the new concept. Those could spread along a wide front but include in the first place awareness, visioning, thinking, behavior, plasticity, intelligence, and intent.
