Abstract

This chapter is aimed to illustrate the results obtained on Romanian labour market case. This analysis does not count as Popperian falsification test, but it only represents an example of how could the theoretical, methodological and instrumental proposal in the book regarding the positional job flexicurity be used. To this end, each of the four criteria (Nota bene: criterion α is omitted) for job flexicurity indicators is “broken” in two parts—either into the pair security–flexibility or into the pair employer–employee, after the case. The empirical source of data is the Romanian Labour Code.
