Abstract

This chapter develops the previous suggestion regarding the positional vector of the job flexicurity, from a quantitative point of view, in order to facilitate not only the numerical evaluation of job flexicurity, but also to allow enacting of conjectures on the job flexicurity able to ensure the empirical testability in the matter. Also, these methodological developments make possible the comparative analyses between countries, on the one part, and within the same country but between two different periods, on the other part. So, time series, cross-sectional and panels can be constructed in order to perform empirical analyses which could be of usefulness for public policy makers in the labour market.
